Bosch

Service Excellence eLearning

The story

 

Bosch is an iconic brand. The Bosch company history is all about excellence and delivering products that are “invented for life”.

 

Partnering with Lux Education, sl digital worked with Bosch to develop their elearning programs for their Bosch Car Service (BCS) franchisees. 

 

Taking their existing workbooks and training programs, we updated them to reflect current business practices, industry statistics and Bosch media to produce 6 contemporary elearning programs.

 

It’s always a challenge when faced with a successful training program that had been delivered for a number of years and reimagining it as an elearning program. For example, we took one of their programs “Brand and Marketing Management” which is a 52-page workbook and worked with Bosch to develop a 50-minute elearning program. As instructional designers we considered adult learning principles and user experience when choosing the right components and media to tell the story. This allowed for the user to flow through the content and learn at their pace and time, achieving the required outcomes.
