Growthcave’s Micro Learning

The story

 

Growthcave’s mission is to help people see that anything is possible and work with them to develop their potential. Working with Matthew Doig and the Growthcave team to develop a series of micro-learning bites was in itself transformational. 

 

Growthcave wanted to support their current service offerings of organisational and individual transformation with micro-learning bites. Learners being able to access learning anywhere, any time with the device of their choice was vital in that transformation process.  

 

The challenge was being able to develop a large amount of targeted content in a short amount of time. To do this, following our development process was important: consultation, storyboarding, feedback was crucial. 

 

The end result was 41 learning bites across 8 programs: 

  • Mentoring basics – 5 learning bites

  • Becoming a mentee – 6 learning bites

  • Mentoring generations – 6 learning bites

  • Coaching – Unlocking a talent’s potential – 5 learning bites

  • Successful delegation – 4 learning bites

  • Developing a team – 6 learning bites

  • Identifying and addressing internal conflict – 5 learning bites

  • Emotional intelligence – 4 learning bites
